Ordering Methods

You can order:

1. By using our SECURE shopping cart. Just click on any Gray Button to add to a SECURE SHOPPING CART.

2. By Phone Call 1-910-642-7586, and a friendly sales representative will assist you.

OR

Place your order by e-mail or our 24 hr. fax line (1-910-207-0017). Please include billing information, daytime phone number and shipping address.

We have never experienced any problem with sending credit card numbers by email, but if you would prefer making the transaction by voice, leave a daytime phone number or call the toll free number above. If you send us a credit card number, be sure to include expiration date.

If you're paying by money order or personal check, tell us what you want by fax or email, and we'll pack your order and have it ready for shipping as soon as your check arrives.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Steven's CAVE.  We gladly accept personal checks, however, they must be imprinted with your name, address, driver's license number and phone number.

We do accept COD orders for products up to $500 with a flat $5.00 COD fee.   You must be prepared to pay cash, money order or cashier's check. Personal checks will not be permitted on COD orders.

NO SALES TAX for persons who reside outside of North Carolina.

Orders are usually shipped the same day as received.

We ship (almost) anywhere. International orders are welcome, but payment is required in advance either by Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Western Union Money Transfer.  PAYPAL CANNOT BE USED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Where possible, international orders will be shipped U.S. Parcel Post. International shipping costs are based on package size, weight, and destination. Please email you order to stevenscave@earthlink.net . We will respond with the total cost of your order. This will also include method of shipment and tracking number if requested.
